LATE STAGE REHAB

Though a well designed S&C program can help mitigate the risk of injury, unfortunately sometimes it can be inevitable. At extra mile athletes we can refer you to one of the qualified physiotherapists we work closely with, or we can liaise with your existing physiotherapist.

Building a robust return to play protocol gives you the best opportunity of getting back to your sport as soon as possible, and not returning back to the treatment room instantly.

YOUTH ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT

At extra mile athletes we work with a number of youth athletes both 1-1 and in small groups. Building a foundation of good movement, stability, strength and speed can help them develop quickly within their sport and stand out as an athlete.
