COMMUNITY CLASSES
We run a number of classes at the Dulwich Sports Club that benefit the wider community.
Currently we run 2 SilverFit classes and a beginners yoga class.
The SilverFit classes are aimed at over 60's though anyone is welcome to join.

SILVERFIT - STRENGTH & BALANCE
WITH THE WONDERUL AILIEN
Strength based class using light dumbbells and resistance bands. Designed to build full body strength, lower the risk of osteoporosis, and stay injury free.

SILVERFIT - CARDIO & BALANCE
WITH THE FABULOUS RACHEL
Cardiovascular fitness based class designed to safely elevate the heart rate and increase lung function.

BEGINNERS YOGA
WITH THE AMAZING HELEN
Super inclusive practice with plenty of options to suit different levels. Great for anyone looking to start their yoga practice and perfect the basics.
